I’m David Welburn; I’m a biomedical scientific officer by trade, but I’ve had a real passion for health and fitness since 1975, when I was 13.
My particular interest however is (and always has been) in the area of strength training and muscle building. So that’s why I started this site.
My aim here is to bring you the facts about what really works to build muscle size and strength, as well as information on how to lose fat, improve your general health and potentially live longer too.
So whatever your goals are, and whether you are just starting out or have been training for years, I can help you get to where you want to be.
