About the Workout Program

You train four times per week, doing an upper body workout twice per week and a lower body workout twice per week (although you can cut it down to three times per week if you need to). All of the workouts are fairly brief, and should be completed in under an hour, so you don’t have to spend all day at the gym.
The main program is a 12 week course that is divided into three distinct phases of four weeks each. And each of these phases has volume waving and load progression built into it. The routine is focused on progression on the big compound lifts – and these lifts stay the same throughout the course. Assistance exercises are included to give you a good, well-balanced routine, and these are changed slightly every four weeks.
All the exercises are explained in detail, and there are printable workout sheets of each week’s training, so you can easily keep track of your workouts and the progress you are making.
